What you share

When you join Parlor’s update list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, your dog’s name, and your phone number. We also record when and where you signed up and the permission you gave us.

How we use it

We use your details to send the product news and opening updates you request, manage your preferences, and protect our forms from spam. We do not sell your signup information.

Email and text are separate

Email updates require your permission. Providing a phone number does not sign you up for text messages. Text updates require their own optional consent. You can unsubscribe from emails through the link in each message. If you subscribe to texts, you can reply STOP to opt out.

Who helps us

Our hosting, database, and messaging providers process information to operate this service. Klaviyo handles email and text subscription processing. Clerk handles sign-in for invited private-area users. These providers may process information outside your country.

Storage and access

We keep your details while needed to provide the updates you request. We may retain limited consent and opt-out records to honor your preferences. Private-area sessions use necessary cookies to keep you signed in; the public signup form does not require an account.

Your choices

You can withdraw marketing permission at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of signup information, reply to a Parlor update email. If you have not yet received an email, you can leave the form unsubmitted; we only save information when you submit it.
